Put some liquid foundation on a corner of Avril make-up sponge, heat it on top of your hand and apply it on the face by stretching the central zone to the outside. 

Maintenance tips :
For optimal use and long preservation of your sponge, dampen it slightly before using it.
Clean it once a week minimum by running it under clear water and then pressing it gently against the palm of your hand. From time to time add a little soap to clean it thoroughly. Then let it air dry.
Do not machine wash and do not use under very hot water - to remove excess water, squeeze the sponge, never wring it out

Clean your makeup sponge with water (max 30°C recommended).
