1. always brush damp hair, not wet, to preserve the hair fiber
2. if you have long hair, start at the ends and work your way up to avoid tangles
3. if you have a large mass of hair, divide it into at least three zones
4. feel resistance? Don't pull, take the time to detangle with a bamboo bamboo comb for example, or even a hair detangling product
5. Once the knot is out of the way, you can move on to brushing the scalp, which is excellent for activating blood circulation and nourishing the hair.
