What does "organic shampoo" mean? An organic shampoo is one that contains a majority of natural ingredients or ingredients of natural origin, and/or ingredients derived from organic farming. Like aloe vera, for example, or essential oils of rosemary, sweet orange, lavender... All Avril shampoos have been certified organic by an independent organization, Ecocert. They are gentle on your hair, and more natural.
Our range of shampoos is available for all hair types: for normal hair, dry and damaged hair, oily hair and color-treated hair. You'll also find an anti-dandruff shampoo and a shampoo for the whole family.
How do I use Avril certified organic shampoos? Our shampoos are used in the same way as your traditional shampoo: apply to wet hair, lather and rinse thoroughly. Feel free to use them in conjunction with a certified organic Avril conditioner or hair care oil.
