Why is the refill system better?

A refill saves 64% plastic compared to buying a full lip balm stick. So we encourage you to take care of your stick and keep it as long as possible! You'll only have to buy refills.

How to assemble the refillable lip balm kit?

Insert the lip balm refill into the empty stick until you hear a "click". Your lip balm is ready to use. When the refill is finished, remove it carefully and replace it with a new one.

Can I use the refill on its own, without the stick?

No, the refill cannot be used on its own. It must be inserted into the Avril lip stick.

Is the refillable stick compatible with other refills?

The Avril refillable stick is designed specifically for the brand's lip balm refills (tinted or classic). We recommend using Avril refills to ensure optimum compatibility.

How to care for the refillable stick?

To clean the refillable stick, remove the refill. Rinse the stick thoroughly with lukewarm water and leave it to dry upside down before inserting a new refill.

How do I achieve the effect visible in the photo of the mannequin?

The model in the photo applied the balm twice to achieve this color intensity.

Are there other lip balm colors? 

Yes, there's a Peach color, a soft orange pink, and Fruits des Bois, which gives an intense pinkish red. Finally, a transparent refillable balm is also available.
