Avril offers a wide range of floral waters: rose, lavender, cornflower, witch hazel, chamomile, orange blossom... All these floral waters have been certified organic by an independent organization, Ecocert. This means that they contain a majority of natural ingredients or ingredients of natural origin, and/or ingredients derived from organic farming. They thus meet the fairly precise specifications for organic certification.
When to use floral water? Floral water works in two ways: in the morning, when you wake up, it provides a burst of freshness, eliminates impurities and wakes up the skin. In the evening, it provides the same freshness, ideal after removing make-up and/or cleansing the face. For example, it can be used in place of a toner, or as a complement to a facial cleanser or a cleansing micellar water.
Note: not all floral waters have the same effects or benefits. For example, rose floral water is astringent and toning, chamomile floral water is soothing, orange blossom floral water is calming and refreshing, lavender and witch hazel floral waters are purifying, and cornflower floral water is calming.
How to apply? Apply to a cotton pad or make-up remover square, and smooth over face and neck. Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clear water.
How to store Avril floral water? To maintain its refreshing effect morning and night, we recommend keeping your eau florale in a cool place! Put it in the fridge. It's also advisable to keep it out of the sun.
As floral water is a natural product, its scent may vary from one water to another, from one harvest to another.
