Instructions for use : Apply the shampoo directly to wet scalp and hair, or lather the moistened shampoo between your hands and apply the resulting foam to the scalp. Massage to work into a lather, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Note: if you normally use a liquid shampoo, it may take some time for your hair to adjust to the benefits of solid shampoo. This is perfectly normal!
