Certified organic toothpaste? Yes, it's a toothpaste that contains a majority of natural ingredients or ingredients of natural origin, and/or ingredients derived from organic farming. Like aloe vera, for example, or charcoal powder (and a natural mint fragrance). No parabens, no phenoxyethanol, no synthetic colorants or fragrances... Mostly plant-based. Thanks to this composition, and a rather simple formulation (like the list of ingredients), these toothpastes have been certified organic by an independent organization, Ecocert.
A few oral hygiene tips to care for your mouth, teeth and gums: first, brush your teeth 3 times a day, ideally after each meal, for 2 to 3 minutes. Ideally, brush from top to bottom or bottom to top, rather than from right to left or left to right (to avoid damaging the gums). For a healthier mouth, you can also use a mouthwash.
