Instructions for use : Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush in an up/down motion, not right/left: this helps dislodge residues without damaging your gums. The perfect gesture is to start at the gumline and work your way down (or up!) towards the tips of your teeth.Change your toothbrush every 3 months at the most, as it's a real breeding ground for germs!
